Making healthcare professionals available for Callouts requires two steps.
- Add healthcare professionals to the Seniority list in the Seniority tab.
- Add healthcare professionals to the Seniority Sequence list, which determines who can receive Callouts. Only healthcare professionals on the Seniority Sequence list are eligible for Callouts.
- In the side menu, select Scheduling

- Under Scheduling, to the left of your calendar, select Members and teams. The Members page opens.
- To find a member, do one of these steps:
- Scroll through the list of members.
- In the Search box, enter the member’s name.
- Select the member.
- Select the Access tab.
- In What is the seniority status associated with this member?, choose Member with a permanent position.
- Select Save.
A green dot appears on the Seniority tab to indicate that you added a member to the Seniority list.
