As a planner, you can generate a Callout report to track Callout activity. You can download the report in Excel format.
The Callout report includes information regarding the healthcare professionals and their response to the Callout.
Note: When you cancel a Callout and then relaunch it, the Callout report shows the details of the most recent Callout only, not the full history of the canceled Callout.
- In the side menu, select Scheduling
.
- In the calendar, select an Open shift that is in the Callout process, completed, or canceled.
- Select Callout report.
- Open the downloaded Excel report.
