As a planner, you can cancel a Callout.
If you cancel a Callout and then relaunch it, the Callout report shows the details of the most recent Callout only, not the full history of the Callout.
- In the side menu, select Scheduling

- Do one of these steps
- Under Scheduling, select Shift trades. In the Pending requests tab, find a pending Open shift that is in the Callout process.
- Go to your group calendar. Select an Open shift that is in the Callout process.
- Select Cancel callout. The Callout process ends for that Open shift.
