As a healthcare provider, when you receive a notification (verbally, by email, or by text message) about a Callout for an Open shift, you can accept the Open shift to add it to your schedule.
Open shifts in the Callout process are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If another healthcare provider already accepted an Open shift, the Open shift is no longer available for you to take.
- Do one of these steps:
- From your email, select the link for the Open shift in the Callout process. The Shift trades page opens. In the Offers tab, find the Open shift and then select Accept.
- From My calendar, select the Open shift that is in the Callout process. The Assignment window appears. Select Take shift.
- Accept the Callout verbally.
