Contact cards in the Communication center provide valuable details such as contact information and upcoming scheduled tasks.
The Search field is located at the top, next to the Petal logo.
To search for a specific contact, start typing:
- The name, the specialty or the affiliation of a Petal member
- The name or affiliation of a registry person
- The name of a department
- The name of a procedure
Search Results
The results are displayed on the left, just under the Search field. The number of corresponding results appears next to the Search field.
Each contact card displays a count of the available comments and notes, as well as a preview.
Petal members always appear first in the list of search results. Other contact types appear next and the order in which they appear is defined by relevance based on your search criteria.
Petal Members
The order in which Petal members appear depends on their scheduled tasks:
1. Members with an active task
2. Members with a task scheduled during the next 24 hours
3. Members without a scheduled task
(i) Dashboard members and members that are not included in a schedule group also appear at this point and no tag is visible on their contact card. |
4. Members with the absent status
(i) The label reflects the absence category selected upon creation. |
