Logging Phone Calls

The Communication center cannot be used to send or to receive phone calls. Logging phone calls allows you to keep track of significant details pertaining to communications happening outside of the Communication center.

(i) Use the Communication center to send communications to devices that allow the reception of alphanumerical and numerical messages.

To log a phone call sent to a specific recipient, follow the steps below:

1. Search for a contact and select them.

2. Select a contact number from the list that appears in the Contact numbers pane.

3. Fill the required fields in the Communication pane.

4. To log the call and clear the Communication pane's fields, click Log.

Logging Phone Calls Made to Multiple Contacts

When you need to log a phone call sent to multiple recipients, filling out the fields from the Communication pane multiple times could be time consuming.

To efficiently log a phone call sent to multiple recipients, follow the steps below:

1. Fill the required fields in the Communication pane.

Then, repeat the steps below as many times as necessary:

2. Search for a contact and select them.

3. Select a contact number from the list that appears in the Contact numbers pane.

4. To log the call and keep the information in the Communication pane’s fields, click Log and save.
