Managing Callbacks

When a communication is crucial and you need to make sure that the recipient intends on addressing the content of a communication, select the Waiting for a callback option in the Communication pane.

Communications for which you are awaiting a callback appear under the Active Communications tab.

(i) Communications linked to an emergency procedure appear under the Ongoing Procedures tab instead.

To confirm the callback was received, click this icon:

Confirm.png

To send the communication again, click this icon:

Resend.png

To stop waiting for a callback, click this icon:

Stop_Waiting.png
