Configure posting rules for a single service or for multiple services at once.
- For a single service, select the service entry in Active Services.
- For multiple services, select the checkbox for each service in Active Services and then apply the changes.
The changes apply to all selected services, whether they are online or offline.
Note: Existing appointments retain the posting rules that were set when they were booked. Currently available time slots and future time slots use the updated posting rules.
- Go to Service management.
- In Active services, do one of these steps:
- To configure posting rules for a single service, select the service entry in the list.
- To configure posting rules for multiple services, select the checkbox for each service. Select Manage services, and then select Edit posting rules.
- In Edit posting rules, configure these settings:
- Patient types: The patients to whom practitioners provide services. A patient type indicates the patient’s clinical attachment status. For example, Unattached, With practitioner, or With provider group.
- Availability audience: The audience that can view and book available time slots for this service. For example, patients or emergency redirection.
- (Optional) Sex assigned at birth: The sex assignment at birth that the patient must have to receive the service.
- (Optional) Age range: The age range that the patient must fall within to receive the service.
- (Optional) Posting period: Select the start and end of the posting period. The posting period defines when time slots for this service appear on booking platforms. You can define the start and end in days, weeks, or hours. For example, time slots appear from 2 weeks to 4 hours before the appointment.
- Select Apply.
