Use the Service management page to select and activate the services that your organization offers. The list of available services comes from your health record system.
Configure each active service with the following:
- Staffing and service requirements
- Qualifying criteria for patients
- Posting rules that define when time slots are available for appointment booking
To enable online appointment booking for a service, post the service online.
On the Service management page, you can:
- Import service offerings from your health record system
- Configure modes of interaction, service types, and posting rules for one service or multiple services at a time
- Post or withdraw one service or multiple services at a time
- Manage your active and inactive service lists
If no services are found when you open the Service management page, the system prompts you to import services by using the Service management tool.
