Withdrawing an active service turns off online appointment booking. The service remains in the Active services list.
- Go to Service management.
- To withdraw a single service, do one of these steps:
- In Active services, select More options
and then select Withdraw.
- In the service details page, select Withdraw.
- In Active services, select More options
- To withdraw multiple services:
- In Active Services, select the checkbox for each service you want to post.
- Select Manage services and then select Withdraw.
- In the confirmation dialog, select Withdraw.
The status of each withdrawn service changes to Offline. The time slots for each service are no longer available for appointment booking.
