Set the services that your organization offers for medical appointments to Active. After you activate a service, you can configure it and post it online.
- Go to Service management.
In Inactive services, do one of these steps:
- To activate a single service, select More options
for the service, and then select Move to Active services.
- To activate multiple services, select the checkbox for each service to activate, and then select Move to Active service list.
Activated services appear in the Active services list. You must configure these services and provide any missing information before you can post them for online appointment booking.
