Configure the same modes of interaction for several services at once.
Note: Existing appointments retain the modes of interaction that were set when they were booked. Currently available time slots and future time slots use the updated modes of interaction.
- Go to Service management.
- In Active services, select the checkbox for each service that you want to update.
- Select Manage services, and then select Edit modes of interaction.
The Edit modes of interaction page opens. - In Modes of interaction, select the appointment types for the selected services. For example, In-person, Virtual, or Telehealth.
- Select Apply.
