Use the Patient Hub to import healthcare services from the health record system that your organization uses. Select your active services, these are the services that you want to configure and post online.
The services that you don’t select are inactive services. These are services that your organization doesn’t provide to patients. These services can be administrative tasks or services that you will provide later, after your health record system updates them.
- Log in to the Petal platform. Service management page appears.
- On the top left corner, select your organization from the drop-down list.
Select Import. The list of services from your health record system appears. The Patient Hub preselects active services based on their name.
Note: If this is the first time you import services, read the explanation that appears, and then select I understand.
- Select the services you want to provide to your patients.
- Select Import at the bottom right.
Services appear on the Service management page. You can configure the services in your Active services list to post them online. You can also activate services in you Inactive services list at any time.
Notes: Changes that your health record system makes automatically apply to all your services.
