After the initial service import, Patient Hub maintains a connection to your health record system and checks periodically for new service offerings.
Use the Refresh button to check immediately for new service offerings. If the system finds new offerings, the Import offers button appears to the right of the Service management page title.
Refresh the Service management page to check whether your health record system has new services that you can import.
- Go to Service Management.
- To update the service offerings from your health record system, select Refresh
.
If new service offerings are available for import, the Import offers button appears. - Select Import offers.
- In Select services from your health record system, select the checkbox next to each service that you want to import.
- Select Import services.
- In Service management, configure each imported service.
