The Petal platform saves the authentication method that you choose during your first login and uses that method by default for your subsequent logins.
When you are unable to log in by using your preferred method, log in by using another method.
For example, your authentication app is not working, and you want to use email authentication.
- Log in using your email and password and select Continue.
- (If prompted) Select the links to read the updated terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Check the boxes to give your consent then select Continue.
- In Verify your Identity page, select Try another method.
- In Select a method to verify your identity page, select the authentication method that you want to use.
Note: The next time you log in, your preferred method will be used. If you want to change your preferred method, contact customer support.
