If you forgot your password, you must create a new one.
- Log in with your email and select Continue.
- In the Welcome page, select Forgot password?
- In Forgotten password? page, select Continue. Petal sends you an email with instructions.
Go to your inbox and locate the Password reset email. Follow the steps in the email to choose and then to confirm a new password.
Tip: If you can't find the email in your inbox or junk folder, in Check your email page, select Resend email to receive another email.
