Use an authentication app, for example, Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator, as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method to sign in to the Petal platform
Prerequisites:
- You have the mobile device on which you installed the authentication app.
- You have already set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) by using an authentication app.
- On the Welcome page, enter your email and password and then select Continue.
- On your mobile device, open the authentication app that you used to set up MFA.
- In the authentication app, tap the account for Petal and then locate the one-time code that the app displays.
- On the Verify your identity page, enter the one-time code in the One-time code* box.
- Select Sign in.
