Use an authentication app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method to sign in to the Petal platform.
Prerequisites:
- Your mobile device.
- You have already set-up the multi-factor authentication using an authentication app.
- Log in using your email and password and then select Continue.
- (If prompted) Select the links to read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Check the boxes to give your consent. Select Continue.
- From your mobile device, open the authentication app that you used to register for multi-factor authentication.
- In the authentication app, select Petal and then locate and memorize the code that the app provides.
- In the Petal platform Verify your identity page, enter the memorized code in One time code*.
- Select Log in.
