You move a service to the Inactive services list when your organization stops providing it to patients. Moving the service helps you manage the services that you provide better.
Inactive services are services that you cannot edit or post online.
Note: Booked appointments for this service remain unaffected.
- Log in to the Petal platform. Service management page appears.
- On the top left corner, select your organization from the drop-down list.
- In Active services, locate the service. At the end of the row, select
and then select Move to Inactive services.
The service is now in the Inactive services list.
