Use the Patient Hub to configure your services. You enter details to categorize the service based on clinical and medical classifications that your health record system chooses. For example, you indicate if the service is a blood test.
You also define posting rules that determine how your service appears online. For example, you decide that only redirection agents view available time slots for this service.
- Log in to the Petal platform. Service management page appears.
- On the top left corner, select your organization from the drop-down list.
- Select the service in Active services. The service configuration page appears.
- On the top right corner, select Edit.
- In Service details, enter these details. Your health record system may have defined some services details. Enter only the information that is missing.
- Name: Name of the service that you show on online booking platforms.
- Modes of interaction: The interaction methods that practitioners use to provide this service to patients, such as In-person, Virtual.
- Service types: The types of service that practitioners perform when they provide this service.
- Specialty: The medical specialty of the practitioners that provide this service.
- In Posting rules, configure these rules:
- Patient types: Patients to whom practitioners provide this service. A patient type indicates the patient’s clinical attachment status.
- Availability audience: The audience that can view and book available time slots for this service, such as patients or redirection agents.
- (Optional) Sex assigned at birth: Select the sex assigned at birth for the patients that can receive this service.
- (Optional) Age range: Select the age range of the patients that can receive this service.
- (Optional) Posting period: Select the period during which time slots of this service appear on booking platforms.
- To save your changes, do one of these steps:
- To save your changes without posting, select Save.
- To save and post the service online, select Save and post.
