Export a group schedule

You can export the work schedule for your group as an Excel spreadsheet. Customize the Excel spreadsheet by selecting the members, shifts, and dates that you want to see.

The Excel spreadsheet displays the names of the members in the first column and the selected dates in the following columns (one date per column).

  1. In the side menu, select Calendars Calendars_icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. To the left of your calendar, under Groups, select a group.
  3. In the top right corner, select Export Export_Icon.png.
  4. In Export schedules, configure these settings:
    • Document title: Enter a title for the document.
    • Members initials: Turn on this option to display the initials of the members.
    • Between these dates (inclusively): Choose the start and end dates of the print range of the Excel spreadsheet. The Excel spreadsheet contains one column per date. The maximum time range is 400 days.
    • Choose a period: Choose a planning period for the Excel spreadsheet.
    • Choose specific dates: Select a date. You can select up to 14 dates. The Excel spreadsheet contains one column per selected date.
      Tip: If you only want to see the shifts assigned for full weeks, select 14 Mondays to have only 14 columns instead of one column per day.
  5. In Plannable members, select teams or members, or both.
  6. In Shift types, select the shifts to include in the spreadsheet.
  7. Select Export.
