Access a group calendar

A group calendar organizes and manages schedules for all group members in one central location, promoting better communication and coordination. You can use group calendars to view your shifts, and the shifts assigned to other members of your group.

Web app

  1. In the side menu, select Calendars Calendars_icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. To the left of your calendar, under Groups, select a group.
  3. Filter the group calendar to see specific information. Configure these settings:
    • Shifts: Select Shifts to display the shifts calendar on a weekly basis.
      You can select All shifts or any other display that the services team configured. You can also view shifts by physician.
    • Members: Select Members to display the calendar by group member. You can then search for a specific physician by entering information in Search physician or shift.
    • Monthly: Select Monthly to display the calendar by month. You can view your colleagues' tasks for a specific month by selecting the colleague's name in All members. You can view tasks for all colleagues by selecting All members.

Mobile app

  1. From the bottom menu, tap Calendar. Your calendar opens.
  2. In the top left corner, next to My calendar, tap Calendar_threelines_icon.png. A list of group calendars appears.
  3. Under Group calendars, tap a group calendar.
  4. Do one of these actions:
    • To search for specific people or shifts, enter information in Search by shift or person.
    • To change the date, use the arrows.
    • To see shifts on the current day, swipe up or down.
