Print a group schedule

You can print the work schedule for your group in PDF or as an Excel spreadsheet. Customize the schedule printout by selecting members, configuring display elements, and choosing the layout.

  1. In the side menu, select Calendars Calendars_icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. To the left of your calendar, under Groups, select a group.
  3. In the top right corner, select Print Print_Icon.png.
  4. In Work schedule printout, configure these settings:
    • Print title: Enter a title for the printout.
    • Layout: Choose how the printout appears.
    • Export format: Choose the file type of the printout.
    • Between these dates (inclusive): Choose the start and end dates of the print range of the printout.
    • Or select a planning period: Choose a planning period for the printout.
  5. In Plannable members, select teams or members, or both. Select one of these options:
    • Printing shifts for selected members only: Print the shifts for the members that you select.
    • Printing shifts for all members but highlighting the shifts of the selected members: Print the shifts for all members and highlight the shifts that belong to the members that you selected.
  6. In Shifts, select the shifts to include in the printout.
  7. In Displayed elements and print format, configure these settings:
    • Elements to display: Choose specific elements or items that you want to include in your printout.
    • Print format: Choose the size of the printout, color, and orientation.
    • Highlight changes since: Specify a date or version from which changes in the document appear in highlight.
    • Show only one week per page: Configure the print layout to display only one week of data per page.
    • No automatic page break allowed on first page: Prevent the document from automatically inserting a page break on the first page.
    • Week starts on: Set the starting day of the week for your calendar or schedule.
  8. Do one of these actions:
    • Select Print.
    • Select Save print layout to save the print settings as a template.
