Add multiple shifts simultaneously

You can add several shifts to your calendar simultaneously, saving time and effort, especially when dealing with large quantities of shifts.

Note: You cannot add shifts that are pending approval or in process to your calendar.

  1. In the side menu, select Calendars Calendars_icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. In the top right corner, select Shifts and then select Add shifts.
  3. (Optional) In Filter, select the types of shifts that you want to see.
  4. In the calendar, select the shifts that you want to add to your schedule. 
  5. At the top of the page, next to Select shifts, select Add.
    The Add shifts panel appears, displaying information about the shifts that you selected.
    Tip: You can also remove shifts by selecting Remove.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Select Back to my calendar to return to your calendar.
