You can add several shifts to your calendar simultaneously, saving time and effort, especially when dealing with large quantities of shifts.
Note: You cannot add shifts that are pending approval or in process to your calendar.
- In the side menu, select Calendars
. Your calendar opens.
- In the top right corner, select Shifts and then select Add shifts.
- (Optional) In Filter, select the types of shifts that you want to see.
- In the calendar, select the shifts that you want to add to your schedule.
- At the top of the page, next to Select shifts, select Add.
The Add shifts panel appears, displaying information about the shifts that you selected.
Tip: You can also remove shifts by selecting Remove. - Select Save.
- Select Back to my calendar to return to your calendar.
