You can remove several shifts from your calendar simultaneously, saving time and effort, especially when dealing with large quantities of shifts. Only shifts that you can remove from your schedule appear in your calendar.
There are certain restrictions for removing shifts from your calendar.
- You cannot delete shifts that are pending approval or in process.
- Shifts that you cannot remove because of your permissions are identified with a lighter background color.
- In the side menu, select Calendars
. Your calendar opens.
- In the top right corner, select Shifts and then select Remove shifts.
- (Optional) In Filter, select the types of shifts that you want to see.
- In the calendar, select the shifts that you want to remove from your schedule.
- At the top of the page, next to Select shifts to remove, select Remove. The Remove shifts panel appears, displaying information about the shifts that you selected.
- Select Remove these shifts.
- Select Back to my calendar to return to your calendar.
