Use the Agent portal to view patient details and appointment-related information. For example, you want to check the patient’s attachment status, care provider name, appointment history, or an appointment reservation number.
- Log in to Petal. The Agent Portal welcome page appears.
- If this is your first dispatch after logging in, select Start a dispatch.
- Enter the health card number of the patient and then select Search for patient. The Search results page appears and displays available patient records.
- In the corresponding patient record, select See details. The Patient details page appears.
You can perform additional actions in in Patient details page, such as booking or cancelling an appointment for the patient.
