Use the Agent Portal to cancel an appointment.
- Log in to Petal. The Agent Portal welcome page appears.
- If this is your first dispatch after logging in, select Start a dispatch.
- Enter the health card number of the patient and then select Search for patient. The Search results page displays patient records.
- Select See details for the patient record that corresponds to your patient. The Patient details page appears.
- Under Upcoming, select
, and then select Cancel appointment.
The primary and secondary contacts receive a cancellation by email and SMS.
