Send images in a text message

Use Messaging to send images to contacts. 

Web app

  1. In the side menu, select Secure Messaging MobileApp_SecureMessagingBeta_icon.png.
  2. In Conversations, select MobileApp_NewConversation_icon.png.
  3. Do one of these actions:
    • In Search, type the contact's name.
    • Scroll through the list of contacts and then select a contact.
  4.  Next to Write a message, select MobileApp_Attachments_icon.png. A folder opens.
    If this is not the right folder, locate the correct folder.
  5. In the folder, select images and then select Open. The images appear in the message.
    Tip: You can select multiple images by pressing and holding Ctrl on your keyboard while you select images.
  6. (Optional) In Write a message, type texte.
  7. Select MobileApp_Send_icon.png. "You sent an image" appears under the conversation.

To remove an image from a message before you send the message, select MobileApp_Delete_Image_icon.png on the image.

Mobile app

Note: The steps for attaching images to a message might differ slightly according to your mobile device.

  1. From the bottom menu, tap Messaging MobileApp_Messaging_icon.png.
  2. In Conversations, tap MobileApp_NewConversation_icon.png.
  3. Do one of these actions:
    •  In Search, type the contact’s name.
    • Scroll through the list of contacts and then select a contact.
  4.  Next to Write a message, tap MobileApp_Attachments_icon.png.
  5. Tap the images to send. The images appear in the message.
  6. (Optional) In Write a message, type texte.
  7. Tap MobileApp_Send_icon.png. "You sent an image" appears under the conversation.

To remove an image from a message before you send the message, select MobileApp_Delete_Image_icon.png on the image.
