Send a text message

You can start a conversation with a contact by sending a text message.

Web app

1. In the side menu, select Secure Messaging .
2. In Conversations, select .
3. Do one of these actions:
   • In Search, type the contact's name.
   • Scroll through the list of contacts and then select a contact.
4.  In Write a message, type a message and then select .

Mobile app

1. From the bottom menu, tap Messaging .
2. In Conversations, tap .
3. Do one of these actions:
   
   •  In Search, type the contact’s name.
   • Scroll through the list of contacts and then select a contact.
4. Tap Write a message and then type a message.
5. Tap .
