Archive a conversation

You can move a single conversation or a group conversation into your archives. 

Note: It is possible to restore an archived message so that you can keep important information.

Web app

1. In the side menu, select Secure Messaging .
2. Do one of these actions:
   • In Conversations, select a conversation. In the top right corner of the conversation, select .
   • In Conversations, hover over a message and then select .
3. Select Archive this conversation.
   The message is archived. You can find archived messages in the Conversations menu, under Archived Messages.

Mobile app

1. From the bottom menu, tap Messaging .
2. In Conversations, search for a conversation.
3. In the conversation, in the top right corner, tap .
4. Tap Archive chat. 
   The conversation is archived. You can find archived conversations in the Conversations menu, under Archived conversations.
