Restore an archived conversation

You can restore single or groupe conversations.

Web app

  1. In the side menu, select Secure Messaging MobileApp_SecureMessagingBeta_icon.png.
  2. In Conversations, select Archived conversations.
  3. Hover over a conversation and then select MobileApp_Archive_icon.png.
  4. Select Restore conversation. The conversation appears under Conversations again.

Mobile app

  1. From the bottom menu, tap Messaging MobileApp_Messaging_icon.png.
  2. In Conversations, tap Archived conversations.
  3. Tap the conversation to restore and then tap MobileApp_Name_GroupConversation_icon.png.
  4. Tap Restore conversation. The conversation appears under Conversations again.
