Submit an absence to your group planner by adding the absence to your calendar.
- In the side menu, select Calendars
. Your calendar opens.
- Perform one of these steps:
- In the top, right corner, select Absences and then select Add absence.
- On a date in the calendar, select + and then select Absence.
The Add absence window opens.
- Enter the date of the absence.
- In Absence category, select the type of absence and the time slot.
- (Optional) In Comment, add additional information about the absence.
- Select Save. Your absence appears in your calendar. Your planner is notified.
Note: You can track your absence requests, view your absence history, remove your absence requests, and see your absence limits in My absences.
