Add an absence

Submit an absence to your group planner by adding the absence to your calendar.

  1. In the side menu, select Calendars Calendars_icon.png. Your calendar opens.
  2. Perform one of these steps:
    • In the top, right corner, select Absences and then select Add absence.
    • On a date in the calendar, select + and then select Absence.
      The Add absence window opens.
  3. Enter the date of the absence.
  4. In Absence category, select the type of absence and the time slot.
  5. (Optional) In Comment, add additional information about the absence.
  6. Select Save. Your absence appears in your calendar. Your planner is notified.

Note: You can track your absence requests, view your absence history, remove your absence requests, and see your absence limits in My absences.
