Save time by adding several absences to your calendar at once.
- In the side menu, select Calendars
. Your calendar opens.
- Perform one of these steps:
- In the side menu, select My absences and then select Absence entry.
- In your calendar, in the top right corner, select Absences and then select Add absences.
The Absences entry page opens.
- Turn on Divide into time slots to select parts of the day.
Note: If you are a member of multiple time groups, with different time-slot configurations, add absences for each group. - Select multiple dates and then select Add. The Add absences window appears.

Configure your these absences:

To change dates, select another start or end date.

To remove absences, select
.

To add a date, select Add dates.

In Absence category, select the type of absence.

(Optional) In Comment, add additional information about the absence.

Select Save. Your absence appears in your calendar. Your planner is notified.
