A patient cannot book an appointment with his family doctor.

For a patient to be able to book an appointment online: 

  • the family doctor's information is listed in the RAMQ section of the patient record in the clinic's EMR.
  • the doctor has online availabilities.
  • the sharing consent has been given for the account. Sharing consent


If the family doctor information is not registered, contact the RAMQ or wait for the RAMQ to make a posting.

If the family doctor is registered in the RAMQ section and online availability is displayed, contact PetalMD.
