A patient is unable to register online. Why?

The system validates the health insurance number format. It is therefore essential that the first name, name, sex, and date of birth are consistent with the health insurance number.


Existing clinic patient

Confirm that the patient exists in the EMR with the following information (exact spelling): first name, last name, sex, date of birth and health insurance number.


New patient

If the medical accepts new patients, it may be that the patient has made an error in his information when trying to register online.


To find out if the clinic is set up to accept new patients, go to:

  1. Settings section.
  2. Patients tab.
  3. New patients subsection
  4. Verify that The clinic accepts new patients option is activated.
