Events are entries that represent scheduled activities or appointments, such as meetings, workshops, or social events. You can accept or decline events for which you receive an invitation.
Events on your calendar do not make you unavailable for scheduling. To be unavailable for scheduling, add an absence to your calendar.
Note: Events with “RSVP” is in the title do not synchronize with external calendars.
- In the side menu, select Calendars
. Your calendar opens.
- In your calendar, select an event.
- In the event details window, do one of these steps:
- To accept the event, select Accept.
- To decline the event, select Decline.
- Select Close. The accepted or declined event appears on your calendar. If you do not see declined events in your calendar, update your calendar display settings.
Note: You can accept an event that you already declined. Select the declined event in the calendar and then select Modify.
