View the predefined certifications available for your institution. For each certification, you can see its name, description, associated account types, and whether it has an expiration date.
Certifications are official credentials that provinces or other governing entities issue. Since certifications are predefined, you cannot modify them.
Note: To add certifications, contact Petal.
- In the side menu, select Scheduling

- Under Institution settings, select Qualification configuration. The Certifications page opens and displays an overview of all skills and certifications for your institution.
