Scheduling start and end dates indicate the period in which members are active and can accept shifts.
- From the left menu bar, select Scheduling
.
- Select Members and Teams. The Members page opens, displaying a list of members in your group.
- Select
next to the name of the member.
- Select Access.
- In Scheduling start date, select the date from which the member is eligible for shift assignment.
- In Membership and scheduling end date, select the date when the member is no longer on the schedule.
Repeat this step for each group to which this member belongs.
Tip: We recommend that you always enter a start date that is earlier than the end date. Doing the opposite, as a way to handle a temporary departure of an member, can lead to errors. - Select Save.
In Members, the end date appears under Important Date.
Once the Membership and scheduling end date is reached, the member appears in the Past Members page. The member is not available for the period and does not receive any assignments.
Note: You can reactivate a member by giving the member a new start date. See Reactivate a member.
