Export button and Information icons are found throughout the Analytics section.
- Clicking on the Export button will generate a spreadsheet containing the details of the subsection.
- The Information icon opens a pop-up legend window explaining the information found on the page.
Your dashboard
The analytics can be viewed for the main dashboard or for any of the specific layouts that were created.
EXPORT
The report contains the members' list and account kind.
Users - Health care professionals
Planned members: Number of members identified as scheduled in the schedule groups attached to the selected dashboard at the top of the page.
- Physicians: Number of planned members identified as a physician or generic physician.
- Pharmacists: The number of planned members with the pharmacist specialty.
- Dentists: The number of planned members with the dentistry specialty.
- Residents: Number of planned members identified as Resident 1-7 or Fellow.
- Externs: Number of planned members identified as Extern.
- Others: Number of planned members not included in the other categories.
Schedule groups: Number of unique schedule groups that are attached to the selected dashboard at the top. Each group counts for one, even if several shifts in this group are part of this dashboard.
Administrative members: Number of administrative staff with access to the dashboard. Including direct access in the dashboard group or part of a scheduled group with access to the dashboard.
Web and mobile dashboards: Number of dashboards accessible by administrators and physicians.
Public dashboards: Number of dashboards accessible via public access (IP addresses) inside the hospital.
File storage space
The values represent the full usage of the file storage capacity for your establishment and the number of files stored.
User adoption - Health care professionals
- Activated: Scheduled members that are part of the schedule groups of the selected dashboard and have activated their account:
- Number over time (line chart)
- Percentage as of today (ring diagram)
- Mobile dashboard: Health care professionals that use at least one mobile device to access the platform (iOS or Android mobile app):
- Number of users over time (line chart)
- Percentage as of today (ring diagram)
- With contact infos: Scheduled members that are part of the schedule groups of the selected dashboard and have at least 1 phone number that is identified to display on the dashboard:

- Percentage as of today (ring diagram)
EXPORT
The report contains the names of the health care professionals, their account activation status, account activation date, whether they use the mobile app or not, and if they are planned members for scheduling.
User adoption - Administrative members
- Activated account: total number of administrative members who have access to this dashboard and who have an account activated or not.
- Using the dashboard in last month: Among all the administrative members who have access to the selected dashboard and are activated, identify who has accessed this dashboard in the last month.

The report contains the names of the administrative members, their account activation status, if they have accessed the dashboard in the last month, account activation date, whether they use the mobile app or not, and if they are planned members for scheduling.

- Total on-call shifts available in all schedule groups related to the selected dashboard.

- Total of clinical shifts available in all schedule groups related to the selected dashboard.

Web and mobile dashboards
Web and mobile dashboards are those accessed via the web or mobile app by members of the dashboard group, as well as members of the schedule groups that have been identified as being able to view these dashboards.
Public dashboards
Public dashboards are those accessible via a computer authorized in the hospital. They can be viewed without registration of the member and are available to any user with access to a computer authorized to broadcast these dashboards.

The report contains a list of the groups and their Oncall shifts, and whether these shifts are on the dashboard or not.
