From the PetalBooking interface:
- Appointment Section
- Search with the patient's name or number
- At the far right of the line, click the Prohibit symbol.
- Confirm that you want to reset the account to unconfirmed.
Note that unconfirming a patient account does not erase any of that patient information or history. It only resets their email and password. The patient can then simply recreate their account, if necessary.
