Unconfirm a patient account

From the PetalBooking interface:

  1. Appointment Section
  2. Search with the patient's name or number
  3. At the far right of the line, click the Prohibit symbol.
  4. Confirm that you want to reset the account to unconfirmed.




Note that unconfirming a patient account does not erase any of that patient information or history. It only resets their email and password. The patient can then simply recreate their account, if necessary.
