There is a Pending service request. What should I do?

You will need to manually process this service request and assign an appointment to the patient.

From the PetalBooking interface:

  1. Service requests section
  2. Pending requests tab
  3. In order to consider the patient's preferences, consult the results of the form by clicking on the date and time of the request
  4. Make an appointment
  5. Choose a time slot and complete the information.
