Member skills determine which shifts a member can accept. Updating skills affects eligibility for current and future shifts, including trades and transfers.
- In the left menu bar, select Scheduling

- Select Skills.
- To filter the skills that appear in Members and skills, select
. Choose the information that you want to see and then select Apply.
- Select Edit.
- Select skills for a member and then select Save.
- At the top of the page, select Member and teams.
- To filter the teams that appear in Members and teams, select
. Choose the teams that you want to see and then select Apply.
- Select Edit.
- Select teams for a member and then select Save.
