Remove a member from a group

 

There are several conditions for removing a member:

  • If the member you want to remove has future assignments, you must delete those assignments first.
  • If you remove a scheduled member (temporarily or definitively) the member is not available for the period and does not receive any assignments.
  • When you remove a member, any unpublished assignments are automatically deleted without warning.
  • Removing a scheduled member from an advanced group also removes their unique configuration. If the configuration is shared with other members, only the removed member is affected.
  • Planners cannot remove themselves from their own group. Please ask another planner for assistance.
  1. From the left menu bar, select Scheduling Scheduling_Icon.png.
  2. Select Members and Teams. The Members page opens, displaying a list of members in your group.
  3. In Members, select RemoveMember_icon.png next to the name of the member that you want to remove.
