Notifications indicate that there is activity on Petal. You can receive a notification by email, an alert through your PetalMD mobile app or you can see them directly in the platform. Every user can configure their personal notification parameters through their profile.
1. Access your Profile and click on Notification preferences
2. Select the notifications that you would like to receive by email or on your mobile
3. Select the Change email notification preferences to enable or disable web notifications, email notifications and urgency.
