Notifications indicate that there is activity on Petal. You can receive a notification by email, in the mobile app, and on the Petal platform.
You can configure your notification preferences in your profile.
- From the side menu, select your initials (or picture) to access your profile. The My profile side menu opens.
- In My profile, select Notification preferences. The Notification preferences page opens.
- Under Messaging, select Change email notification preferences.
- Activate web notifications, email notifications, and set the urgency.
- In Scheduling, select notification preferences for shifts, marketplace, absences, and events.
- In Email subscription, select your preferences for receiving a digest of your schedule.
