Use an authentication app such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method to log in to Petal.
Prerequisites:
- Your mobile device.
- You have already registered to multi-factor authentication using an authentication app.
- In the Welcome page, enter your email address and password and then select Continue.
- From your mobile device, open the authentication app that you used to register for multi-factor authentication.
- In the authentication app, select Petal and then locate and memorize the code that the app provides.
- In the Petal platform Verify your identity page, enter the memorized code in One-time code*.
- Select Log in.
