Add a shift row in a layout for the Dashboard

The hospital Dashboard displays on-call and clinical schedules of your institution in a single view.  

Edit a layout and add a shift so that you can display that shift on a row in the Dashboard.

Note: To edit Dashboard layouts, your account settings must include Manage layouts.

1. In the side menu, select Hospital dashboards . The Dashboard page opens.
2. In the side menu, under Hospital dashboards, select Layout. The Management of layouts page displays available layouts.
3. At the end of the layout row that you want to modify, select . The Layout modification page appears.
4. In the top right corner, next to Line, select . The New layout line(s) page appears.
5. Select the shifts to add to the layout. Alternatively, select a group if you want to quickly select all shifts under that group. 
   
   Tip: Use the search bar to find names of groups or names of shifts.
6. Select Add. Each shift that you add appears on one line in the layout.
7. (Optional) Under Display sequence, update the sequence of your shift lines if you want to show visually group shifts one after the other. 
8. Select Save.
