The hospital Dashboard displays on-call and clinical schedules of your institution in a single view.
Create a layout to customize the display of your Dashboard and meet the needs of your institution.
Note: Only a console administrator can configure layouts.
- In the side menu, select Hospital dashboards
. The Dashboard page opens.
- In the side menu, under Hospital dashboards, select Layout. The Management of layouts page appears displaying all available layouts.
- In the top-right corner, select Create a layout. The New layout window appears.
- In Layout details, configure these settings:
- Layout name: Name of the layout that appears in the layout drop-down menu.
- Sequence: Order of the layout in the layout drop-down menu.
- Published Layout: Indicates if the layout is available to all members who have access to the hospital Dashboard.
- Authorized public access: Indicates if the layout is available to users of the public Dashboard.
- Hide phone numbers: Indicates if the physicians phones numbers do not appear in the public Dashboard.
- Select Continue. The Line selection settings appear.
- Select the scheduling shifts that you want the layout to show. You can select a scheduling group or shifts part of a group. Each shift will appear on one line in the Dashboard.
- Select Create layout.
