Use the Dashboard to edit assignments in a shift, to add assignments to a shift or to remove assignments from a shift. You can change shift assignments as long as you are a member of the Dashboard, even if you do not belong to all the scheduling groups that appear in the Dashboard.
The assignment changes you make will appear in real-time in the Dashboard and in the scheduling group calendars. The assignment changes will also appear in the history logs of the affected members and in the history logs of the scheduling groups related to the shift. The history log entries will indicate your name and that you made the change through the dashboard.
