Add members of your group to the Hospital dashboards and configure their account settings. Set the access rights and permissions for the members depending on the actions that the members need to do in Hospital dashboards.
When you add members, they receive an activation email. You can edit rights and permissions for active accounts, although some member information becomes read-only.
Note: To access the Dashboard members menu, your account rights must have Manage memberships.
- In the side menu, select Hospital dashboards
. The Dashboard page opens.
- In the side menu, under Hospital dashboards, select Dashboard members. The Manage group memberships page appears.
- In the top right corner, select Add a member. The Add a member page opens.
Under Member information, enter the member information.
Note: If you enter an existing email address, follow the instructions to add the member to the dashboards group instead of creating a new account.
- Under Account kind, select the account kind for the member:
- Regular: Adds, modifies, or deletes entries in the hospital dashboards (for example, member can modify shift assignments).
- Read-only: Can only view information in the hospital dashboards. This option turns off access rights that are not read-only.
- (Optional) Under Permissions, select the permissions that the member can have:
- Messaging from hospital dashboard: Can send messages using the Dashboard to on-call members, physicians with specific skills.
- Change assignments from hospital dashboard: Can add, edit, or remove shift assignments using the Dashboard.
- Absence view: Can access to the Absence view in the Dashboard.
- (Optional) Under Access, select the access rights that apply to the member for pages in the hospital dashboards. For read-only members, only view access rights are available.
- (Dashboard) Manage memberships: Adds, edits or deletes members accounts for the hospital dashboards groups and manages member account settings.
- (Dashboard) Analytics: Accesses the Analytics page that have information about
- (Dashboard) Manage layouts: Creates and edits layouts for the Dashboard page.
- (Dashboard) Manage public access: Configures the access for the Public Dashboard.
- (Phone registry) Access: Accesses the phone registry and views contact information of all members.
- (Phone registry) Manage: Changes information in the phone registry for dashboard members, except personal contact information.
- (Communication center) Access: Accesses the communication center menu.
- (Communication center) Communication history: Access the communications history.
- (Communication center) Export history: Downloads communications history.
- In the top right corner, select Save.
Members that you add receive an activation email. New members appear in Pending until they activate their accounts. You can re-invite pending members using to remind them to accept the invitation.
